New ultra high end outdoor mall by shopping center mega builder, Rick Caruso.
The 3 acre site features retail spaces, restaurants, a theater, a specialty grocery market, office space, a community center and 8 apartments units. Each of the 9 buildings in Palisades Village was designed by a different architect. Also, the exterior design and materials on each of the projects approximately 46 spaces is different. This is to create the look and feel of a longstanding downtown shopping district. Palisades Village is the "first LEED Gold certified ground-up business district" in the state of California. Meridian Precast was responsible for the exterior facade work of approx. 70% of the storefronts, including the reimagined recreation of the iconic Bay Theater.
