New 22,000 square foot private residence situated on a 6 acre lot in Malibu, CA. 

Our scope of work involved the Supply & Installation of all the Precast Concrete and GFRC items such as: Window Sills, Window & Door Thresholds and the Window & Door Trim Molding at the Headers and Jambs. A unique aspect of the materials on this project was that all the materials were custom made to simulate the board-formed concrete of the structure and have a wood grain look to it. This home has been featured in Architectural Digest.
